Pectin Jam (Apple, Multipurpose) is our preferred recommendation for most jams and marmalades with 60 – 65% soluble solids. At 0.3 – 0.6% it gives a spreadable gel to jams and can be used for filling temperatures of 65° to 85ºC.

It defines allergens as Cereals containing gluten and their products, namely, wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt and their hybridised strains other than where these substances are present in beer and spirits standardised, Crustacea (shellfish), Egg products, Fish products., Dairy products, Peanuts, Soybeans, Tree nuts, Sesame seeds and any added Sulphites in concentrations of 10 mg/kg or more.
