Acacia Gum Fibregum B is a soluble dietary fibre, commonly used in a wide variety of applications. It is a totally natural product, with almost no taste or odour and low viscosity in solution. It is very stable with high acid resistance, and has the same emulsifying and stabilising properties as other acacia gums.

The health benefits of soluble dietary fibre are well researched and documented. Gut health is improved by encouraging the growth of beneficial bacteria. The glycaemic index of foods can be reduced, as can calorific value.

It defines allergens as Cereals containing gluten and their products, namely, wheat, rye, barley, oats and spelt and their hybridised strains other than where these substances are present in beer and spirits standardised, Crustacea (shellfish), Egg products, Fish products., Dairy products, Peanuts, Soybeans, Tree nuts, Sesame seeds and any added Sulphites in concentrations of 10 mg/kg or more.
