Acacia Gum Fibregum B is a natural product, made from the gum exudate of the African acacia tree. It is also known as Gum Arabic.
Acacia Gum is also classified as a natural fibre with around 90 % soluble fibre. Unlike other soluble fibres, it does not ferment in the stomach or upper intestine, so there are no flatulence effects.
It is a pale brown dust-free powder, water soluble with little viscosity. It can be used in a wide variety of food applications, wherever additional fibre content is desired.
